Information about the statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract that you have with BETMEDIA without giving any reason within 14 days, with the exception of services immediately performed or provided.
The withdrawal period shall be FOURTEEN (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.
In order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify BETMEDIA ADVANCE, S.L.U. of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear declaration (e.g. by sending a letter by mail, fax or email), through one of the following postal or electronic addresses:

You may use the withdrawal form attached at the end of this document; however, it is not obligatory that you do so.
Likewise, you can fill in and send the withdrawal form from our website https://www.betsfy.com/contact. You must select in the “Subject” field the “Withdrawal” option, and enter in the “questions and suggestions” field the following text (filled in):
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my [Betsfy Advance or Bestfy Premium] service subscription contract with reference number [insert number].
Yours faithfully, [Name of customer and user] with address for these purposes at [Address of customer and user] and contact email […].
[place], [date].
If you choose to make use of this option, we will provide you immediate confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) that we have receive the cancellation.
Sending notification stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.
Effects of withdrawal: If you have requested that the provision of the service begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportional to the part of the service already rendered at the time you communicated your withdrawal, in relation to the total object of the contract.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the differential amount without any delay and, in any case, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method as the customer for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
